  • Description Thermal Oil Heater use thermo-oil as heat source, that is to say, we heat the thermo-oil in boiler first and deliver it to heat exchanger with high-pressure pump. After releasing heat, thermo-oil will be returned to the boiler to be reheated. The feature of thermo-oil is different with water; though the saturated temperature is low, it still obtains the high-temperature thermal energy. Because the pressure of TDH is lower than steam boiler, it is the best consideration for high temperature environment.

    • Excellent thermal oil heating system
    We particularly cite the construction and principle of heat-absorbing disc and successfully use it in thermal oil boiler. While the thermal oil flows into the boiler, the remaining temperature from flame preheats it first, after that, thermal oil absorbs higher temperature from the burning flame indirectly by heat-absorbing disc; finally, the thermo-oil will be heated by burning flame directly. For the excellent design of the disc, the circulating speed of thermo-oil is suitable and its pressure drop is very low. Therefore the boiler never clogs with thermo-oil so as not to overheat the thermo-oil and lengthen its life.

    • Safety and perfect design for boiler construction
    The boiler adopts import seamless carbon steel tubes and we design the pipe system as a flexible construction in order to adapt to the different temperature change. Heat-absorbing disc can rise the burning efficiency and reduce the exhaust temperature from chimney. With the mobile front cover of boiler and the flame sight hole, the burning status can be visualized so that it is easy to regulate a wonderful burning efficiency for burner. And with automatic control system, customers can operate the boiler more easily and more safely.

    • Less noise and high efficient circulating pump
    The boiler adopts high efficient circulating pump from Germany. The circulating pump, motor and coupling are regulated and corrected exactly by computer. Besides, the flexible tubes are installed at the end of inlet and outlet, and the pipe system adopts the stop valve with very low resistance so as to eliminate shocks and noises to reduce the load of motor and extend the operation life of pump.

    • High capacity of expansion tank
    Under test situation, all thermal oil flow through the expansion tank so that the bubbles in the tank and the remaining air can be removed fully within short term.

    • Proper film temperature
    The thin layer, which is formed in internal wall of pipe by the fluid of light oil or thermal medium at low speed and high temperature, is called the film temperature layer. If the temperature of this layer exceeds the permissible temperature, it will accelerate the deterioration of thermal oil and therefore produce the high boiling point material that will damage the inner surface of tube. By our R&D, we have measured the precise value of film temperature. Therefore the user will be able to operate it safely.

    • Regional temperature control and circulating pump system
    For this system, most of the component parts are imported from Germany and we assemble it with our abundant technology and experiences. The system is designed for stability of temperature so that the thermal energy among all regions can be used in full.
