Corrosion and scale inhibitor is synergistic combination of organic phosphate organic inhibitor, anionic polymer dispersant and copper inhibitor compounds. It is a specially formulated corrosion and scale inhibitor designed for use in open recirculating cooling systems. It is effective in controlling corrosion and scale problem under a wide range of conditions. It can be applied in systems using soft water and hard water make. It is an effective corrosion inhibitor for steel, copper, and mixed metallurgy systems.

【Methods of application】

Corrosion and scale inhibitor can be dispensed directly from shipping containers by mean of chemical metering pumps, or they can be added to open water systems at a point of good agitation by use of drip-feed devices. Manual slug addition can be made for systems that require minimal amounts of chemical treatment. If the treated system is not clean, it is desirable to pre-clean the system first.

Although the normal feed range for corrosion and scale inhibitor is 30 to 100 ppm in most cooling systems, this product should be used in accordance with control parameters specially established for a specific application. Detail use methods should contact with our technician engineer.
