Acid cleaner is a specially formulated acid
cleaner for use in descaling boilers, economizers, cooling
jactets, condensers, heat exchanger. This product is a
combination of surfactants, acids, inhibitors and penetrants
that provide excellent results for light or heavy descaling
jobs. The special inhibitors permit use on iron and steel
components safely.

【Treatment
and feeding requirements】
Drain units and where loose deposits were
possible away. Should the surfaces be coated with oil or
grease, a precleaning is recommended using degreaser. After
precleaning, drain and flush with water. Ensure plant is fully
ventilated to allow gases released by reaction to escape.
Apply the acid cleaner, diluted from 1：4
or 1：10
with water according to type of deposits to be removed. The
concentration may be determined by testing samples of deposit
with various dilutions of acid cleaner.
Ensure adequate movement within the unit
preferably by means of a circulating pump to remove spent acid
from the metal surfaces. Where possible, raise the temperature
up to 65℃
by steam coil to a circulating tank.
When solution is sufficiently acid, to
properly dissolve scale, the solution will be a gold color.
The initial dose is sufficient to obtain the acidity required
to procure this color. No additional acid cleaner is required
as long as the solution remains gold in color.
As the scale is dissolved and the solution
becomes less acid, the solution will turn green. When this
occurs, the solution is no longer sufficiently acid to
properly dissolve scale and additional acid cleaner should be
added. The additional acid cleaner should turn the solution
gold again.

Acid cleaner is a liquid packed in
non-returnable drums. It can be handled and stored in
polyethylene, polypropylene, and other resistance plastics. |
