TDF is composed of
a large-diameter corrugated boiler body and a group of fire
tubes. It has more conducting heat area and still maintain
boiler efficiency as high as 90~95%. The assembling and
manufacturing is more simple than water tube boiler, therefore
TDF has been used popularly by the scale of pressure of
10kg/cm2 and vaporization of 15,000kg/hr. |

• Being suitable
for the structure of human body
The whole design,
from the construction of combustion and feed water system to
all components, is suitable for human body. Owing to the
practicality and durability, TDF can keep the production line
normal for long time and more efficient.
• Multiple protective devices
The TDF type
boiler has the most reliable water level control system, like
low-water level interrupter, photoelectric cell for abnormal
combustion, burning interrupter while the door of burner is
opened, pressure limiter and safety valves etc. For the
principle of safety first, we adopt direct waterless sensor to
ensure customers safety.

Water Supply System
Water is supplied
from water storage tank to pipe line by feed water pump, and
then the water enters the body of boiler through non-return
valve and feed water valve. Two feed water pumps are the
typical equipment, and there are by-pass valves in pipe line
so that can work alternatively in case of emergency.

combustion efficiency
In order to reach higher combustion efficiency under the
characteristics of difference fuel.Wecooperated with the
original burner manufacturer to design the special win box and
flue for keeping the excellent combustion efficiency up to
89%. Therefore,we can cost down the fuel consumption and

• Heat
Transfer System
For the perfect
distribution of heat, we adopt a design of three flues. The
combustion chamber in the first flue and the reversing flue
chamber in the second flue are located in low-water level tube
so as to prevent troubles caused by high-temperature gas and
the loss of rediant heat. And he larger heat transfer surface
ensures good effect of heat transfer.
• Safety System
The mutiple safety
valves and low-water interrupter ensure instant cut-off when
the pressure builds up or ignition is faulty. The perfect
safety protection supplies the owners and operators the best
safeguard.
